Cherry Collectables' Wild Card Move with Andzen: A Game-Changing Play

We're Cherry Collectables, where every deck's a deck of dreams. Since our inception in 2009 and our grand entrance in Melbourne in 2015, we've been the go-to spot for everything from Pikachu to Panini. But guess what? We decided to shuffle the deck and deal ourselves a new hand with Andzen's help.

Enter the digital world: we were using Campaign Manager as our Email Service Provider, like holding onto a good old deck of cards. Andzen, however, had a wild card up their sleeve: Klaviyo. They told us, "Hey, why not jazz up this game?" And we thought, why not?

They pointed out we were missing a trick or two. Our website was like a party without invitations – no Data Capture pop-ups. We were waiting for folks to buy before saying, "Hey, wanna join our club?" Andzen helped us get the party started way sooner.

Our Abandoned Cart series was good, but Andzen showed us how to make it legendary. Think of it as playing the right card at the perfect moment. We started nabbing those almost-lost sales like a pro.

The Post Purchase series? We spiced it up too. Imagine making every customer feel like they've pulled a rare holographic Charizard – that's what segmenting the journey did for us.

Thanks to Andzen, we're not just selling cards; we're building a collector's paradise. It's not just about the sales; it's about creating a community that's as enthusiastic about a shiny new card as we are.

So, here's to Andzen, the ace in our deck, helping Cherry Collectables become not just a store, but a collector's haven. Card lovers, unite! The game's just gotten more exciting.
