Get ready for the November release of Pokémon Fusion Strike.
Very little information is yet available, but the set will absolutely include cards from the Japanese Fusion Arts, on which the set is based. A few cards have been released (as pictured throughout) and several cards will be cut from Evolving Skies, including a variety of Battle Styles cards and holos.
Pokémon favorites will return, but possibly the most exciting introduction to these release is a new game mechanic that promises to re-invigorate gameplay.
“This unstoppable Fusion Battle Style is all about synergy and focuses on strengthening your Pokemon while weakening your opponent’s Pokemon at the same time.“
This new Fusion battle style releases the Pokémon with the stamp from being committed to any one Battle Style, rather taking the strength from every Battle Style and combining them into one powerful result.
Not yet announced, rumor has it that the star of Fusion Strike! will be Mew.
For now, just a few cards have been disclosed for Fusion Arts, which we can then expect to be translated for the release of Fusion Strike!
Cards should include V and VMAX versions of Mew, Hoopa, Huntail, Gorebyss, Genesect, Toxel, Oricorio, Clamperl, Tocxtricity, Dreepy, Smeargle, Elsa’s Sparkle, Chili, Cilian, Dragapult, Meloetta, & Cress trainer card, Power Tablet, and Fusion Energy.
We know that’s not a lot of confirmed information just yet, but keep an eye on this article as it’s updated with more details.
The release is planned for November 12th with pre-releases October 30th to November 7th.
