The tenth set in the Pokemon Sword & Shield, Astral Radiance, has been officially revealed and we have the first bit of info below.
Featuring several Hisuian Pokemon along with card art to showcase the Hisui region, this set is inspired by the Legends: Arceus video game.
This newest release is set to have over 180 cards (before secret rares) and fans can find the following:
- 3 x Radiant Pokemon (new!)
- 7 x Pokemon VSTAR
- 19 x Pokemon V
- 2 x Pokemon VMAX
- 30 x cards with special art in the Trainer Gallery subset (similar to Brilliant Stars)
- Over 20 Trainer cards
Expected to be released on 27 May 2022, there will be pre-releases between the 14th and 22nd of the month as well.
While a fair bit is still unknown, confirmed cards include Hisuian Typhlosion VSTAR, Hisuian Samurott VSTAR, Hisuian Decidueye VSTAR, Origin Palkia VSTAR and Origin Dialga VSTAR. And with Darkrai featured on the Elite Trainer Box, we can expect to find Darkrai VSTAR.
Along with the confirmed cards above, there will be three Radiant Pokemon, like to be Radiant Greninja, Radiant Hawlucha, and Radiant Heatran.
